Parts-Finder Guide

If you are looking for a rare, specific, obscure or just generally hard-to-find part, AusParts International can find it for you through our Parts-finder service.

This service covers all automotive parts including small parts, large or oversized parts and even entire engines. Regardless of how big, small or heavy, we can find it for you and have it delivered to your door anywhere in the world.

To start the process we require an email (Via Partsfinder@auspartsinternational.com) with the details of the part you are looking for and your postage address or zip code/postcode & country at the very least.

Once we have received this information our Parts-Finders will put together a quote free of charge. This quote will include all the relevant fees included in the price list. (PDF to be requested via email)

We generally quote for both air freight and ocean freight (unless one option is not available due to size and or weight) so you can pick the preferred method of freight based off cost and shipping time.

Please keep in mind that all quotes are item specific and only valid so long as the item in question is still available. Some quotes are based off used items and listings from private sellers. We cannot guarantee the item will still be available if a long amount of time has passed since providing the quote. Due to this all quotes are only valid for two weeks. If the item in question is no longer available within the two weeks of the initial quote being sent, a new quote with an updated price will be provided free of charge.

We request that all customers respond quicky and promptly to all quotes as to not miss-out on good deals or rare hard-to-find parts. Many parts that we locate are rare and desirable and generally will sell quick and or are not on the market for very long.

All parts-finder orders must be pre-paid after the customer has accepted the quote and cannot be cancelled unless the quote is no longer valid. If we are no longer able to fulfill the order or the item is no longer available after payment has been made we will issue a full refund. Parts-finder orders cannot be cancelled after the item requested has been purchased by AusParts.

If you have already found the parts you want from an online retailer but they do not ship to you, you can have it sent to us and we will forward them onto you. Please contact us in regards to our “parts forwarding” service for more information.
