CNC-Machined Billet Barb Adapters for Hellcat Superchargers

These adapters install directly into the factory TMAP sensor ports around the supercharger, allowing vacuum lines to be connected for auxiliary gauges, sensors and other boost-referenced components.

CNC-machined from billet aluminium, these adapters are strong, rigid and built to last. Each adapter is secured using the factory TMAP sensor bolt and seals with the OEM TMAP O-ring, providing a tight and secure fit comparable to the original sensor.

On our Hellcat setup, we use two adapters: one provides a boost reference for the fuel-pressure regulator, while the other connects to the internal MAP sensor in our standalone ECU.

Our Own Hellcat Setup:

At AusParts International, we don’t just sell parts, we test them in demanding real-world conditions. That’s why we built our own Hellcat-supercharged, LS-swapped Nissan 300ZX drift car.

Our setup produces 700 wheel horsepower (520 kW) at just 10 psi of boost, with 550 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque delivered across the whole rev range from just 2,500 rpm.

The combination includes our Hellcat supercharger core, rectangle-port adapters, electronic bypass-valve controller, LS throttle-body adapter and F-body pulley spacer. It sits on an iron-block 6.0-litre LS (LQ9) fitted with LS3 rectangle-port heads, a stock Gen IV rotating assembly with ARP bolts and a Crow Cams 871777 camshaft.

The engine is managed by a Haltech Rebel LS ECU and retains the OEM LS hardware and electronics, including the factory drive-by-wire throttle body.

We run a VT–VZ front accessory drive with the corresponding water-pump and crank-pulley spacing, a PowerBond 25% underdrive harmonic balancer (PBU1480SS25) and a GripTec 2.5-inch supercharger pulley. The setup also utilises the Hellcat supercharger’s integrated water-to-air intercooler.

This simple, budget-friendly combination reliably produces 700 whp, with plenty of room for additional power. A Hellcat supercharger conversion is one of the closest things you can get to a bolt-on 700 whp setup for an LS engine.
